Week 1:Empower Your Yoga Practice:Back to Basics Sun Poses- Salute the sun and find strength and stretch in each sun pose we move through. Learn the flow and feel the shine.
Week 2: Empower Your Yoga Practice:Back to Basics Warrior Stance- working into your warrior postures and grounding down.
Week 3: Empower Your Yoga Practice:Back to Basics Bend Back with Care and Ease- How to Lift and bend to find a healthy stable spine not only in your practice but throughout your day.
Week 4: Empower Your Yoga Practice:Back to Basics Fearless Inversions and Balances- whether it’s down dog or headstand you’ll find a safe stable way to invert your practice, bringing more energy to your day!
Whether you've been practicing for several years or are new to the awesome journey of yoga, getting back to basics is a sure way to strengthen your practice. Join me as we align our bodies to find strength and energy within. Upon learning the actions of the basics, they become the building blocks for creating your own pose variations. When you understand the pose, you can approach any of the more challenging poses with confidence and grace.
This training provides an indispensable body of knowledge for students who wish to deepen their understanding of asana practice.
