To manifest something in your life you take a look at it in detail, get rid of the junk thats not working (and no I’m not meaning get rid of the cake and treats…who wants that!) and add the work or shift perspective that will get you to your end goal or desire. Once you make the shift, you will start to get everything you ask for. How do I know, you ask? Well…because ever since I’ve unconsciously made this shift, I have received everything in my life I’ve wanted. Now, don’t get me wrong, bad sh!# happens to me…often. I don’t dwell on that stuff though, instead I look at the challenge and see how exactly I can use this to my benefit. There are times when I break down and have a five year old temper tantrum, you can too, but I limit them and pull myself back together, have a laugh and push forward. Life is EVERYTHING!! Good, Bad, and the UNKNOWN!
Five steps to manifest ALL your Dreams…
1. Get clear on what you want and ask for it!
If you don’t know exactly what you want, how can you take steps to making it happen?
To manifest something, you must know what you desire.
That means you must get very clear on the specifics. Go in to detail of the features of your desire as if your manifestation is tailor made just for you!
Start by creating a list of five to ten things you would like to manifest. BE SPECIFIC! List the attributes in the positive and avoid using the word “don’t”. As you create your list, give yourself permission to want what you want today and be open to changing it tomorrow. Judgement of yourself doesn’t help you manifest anything.
ASK for what you want! Once you have your list, it’s time to ask for your desires! Start manifesting!! There is such power in actually saying the words out loud. Don’t leave what you receive up to chance, ask for what you want.
There are a several ways to ask including prayer, meditation, visualization, and vision boards. An easy way to ask for what you want is to write a letter to the universe. Asking or meditating on what you want once a day makes your requests clearer and clearer.
2. WORK Toward Your Goals.
Manifesting is the art of co-creating with the world around you. Working toward your goals increases your chances of receiving what you want. It also keeps you focused on the end game. Write down a couple of actions you can do today to bring yourself closer to your goal.
Start taking action and keep taking action until you’ve reached your goal.
3.Trust the Process.
As you work toward your goal, it may question if manifesting actually works. You might get discouraged or frustrated. If you’re sitting in the struggle and wondering when things are going to happen you aren’t trusting the process. When you question manifestation, you’re telling the world around you to prove manifesting doesn’t work.
The Law of Attraction obliges by sending you experiences that keep you stuck.
4. To manifest, you have to trust the process.
Whenever you find yourself doubting, catch yourself switch up the thought process. See the things you’re actually getting that are bringing you closer to your goals! Receive and acknowledge what you get.
The world around you is always giving you an assist and sometimes it’s easy to miss the signs, but once you start to pay attention you’ll notice them more and more. Once you start to acknowledge and receive signs from the universe, thats when the magic starts to seem real! Everything you want you will see it start to come together.
A good way to get started with this step is to write down the evidence in a journal at the end of the day.
Make sure to include anything that happened to you during the day that moved you a little bit closer to your goal.
If you are trying to get out of debt and your credit card company called to sort out a more appropriate payment plan, that’s evidence. It can also be an inspirational quote speaking to you on Facebook. You can also pick something to represent a sign, I’ve picked rainbows, but yours can be whatever you’d like. When you see them it’s like a “coincidence” which tell us we are on the right path, so know when those happen, you’re exactly where you need to be!
5. Get Rid of the NEGATIVE (self talk, Debbie/Donny Downer small talk, & complaining!)
Easy to say, but a HUGE Habit we’ve created for ourselves. It’s easy to talk about all the bad stuff that happens all the time, we can all relate. Why do that to yourself? The more we focus on something the more it becomes our lives! Before you speak it, think “is this positive?” if not flip it and find the good. Think it, speak it, and don’t give an excuse for it. The more you start to break the habit of seeing and saying the bad, you’ll start to make the shift into positives.
Clear Your Resistance.
If you haven’t received what you want, it’s likely you are resisting what the universe has to offer. Doubts, pain, procrastination, frustrations, anxiety, fears, regrets and resentments are all forms of resistance. And they are totally normal.
When you notice conflict coming up, acknowledge it and remind yourself to breath, let go, take pause and find calm…. “ugh…I’m so frustrated. I’m resisting again. I get it. All I have to do now is breath, pause, relax, and let it come.”
Sometimes it’s hard to let go of certain issues that arise. In these instances I sit with my breath. I listen and repeat to myself, “What do I want? What do I need?”. Just 2 minutes of the breath listening to yourself will help to guide you in the direction of your dreams.
