YOGA EVERYWHERE!

In effort to Spread the Yoga Love this is a no excuses challenge.  Let’s create a new habit by adding yoga into our lives everywhere EVERYDAY!! As a little motivator I’m offering up prizes and incentives for you to win along the way!! With the holiday’s just passing it’s time to get back into action. No more excuses …however a jingle is still lingering in my head…These are a few of my favorite things… ;)   Are you with me?  Each week we will be doing yoga everywhere. Home, office, car (safely), small spaces and large, in class and outside! Now your only job is to do the yoga where ever is good for you, but this gives you a no excuses option to get it in.  The more we practice the more mindful and less stressed we become. Stress is the main creator of all illness and disease, so what better than to decrease or ELIMINATE it from our lives!!!  Now it’s called yoga practice not yoga perfect for a reason. As long as you’re doing the yoga body AND MIND you’re all set!  This means, if your body isn't feeling it for the day sit in a comfortable space. Get out that day's yoga. Turn it on, close your eyes and breathe. Picture your body moving along in each pose. That's YOUR YOGA for the day! BUT, be HONEST with yourself!! Let your aim be true! If your just sitting watching the yoga because you just "don't feeeeeel like it" then get up and MOVE! Do what you can! Take the modifications and follow your journey! Remember we all have different shapes and different strengths! That's what makes us AWESOME! So do the yoga with your fullest energy you can. Don't be a noodle, do the yoga that feels good for you!  Along the way you’ll be entered into a drawing for each time you participate to win some of my favorite yoga goods, what’s better than that?! I’ll tell you. Get a friend to join and you both get entered twice. If you both participate on the same day, thats two more a piece!   How to join the challenge?
