"What you do today can improve all your tomorrows"
Did you know that adding a little yoga to each day can greatly improve your quality of life? It starts to become a domino effect. You start to breathe deeper, sleep better, become more active on a daily basis, and more focused and present from moment to moment (just to name a few). Just by moving your body and "stretching" out the limbs while taking some deep breaths you can start to amp up your whole system.
Let's try something now... don't worry it'll only take a minute and you can stay seated if you like...or if your on a bus commuting
make friends and have them join in.
Take a DEEP INHALE as you EXTEND and REACH TALL with your arms over head. Exhale them down through the center. Place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly. Breathe in DEEP 3x and close your eyes. Making sure both hands are lifted with each breath from areas they are placed. Open your eyes and smile. Think of 3 things that you are grateful for today. Not so hard :). Feeling calmer? More Present? Focused? Awake? The more you do this the more it sticks and the happier, healthier life becomes.
So why NOT add more in on the daily?
